My Story

There was a time when I was constantly trying to fix myself.

Fix my body.
Fix my skin.
Fix my emotions.
Fix who I thought I needed to be to feel “enough.”

From the outside, everything looked fine.
But inside, there was tension, control and a quiet sense that I was disconnected from something deeper.

My body was speaking through stress, through habits, through cycles I couldn’t seem to break,
but I didn’t yet know how to listen.

Everything began to shift when I stopped trying to control
and started to feel.

Breathwork found me at a moment when I was ready to meet myself differently.
Not through force, not through perfection,

but through presence.

Through the breath, I experienced something

I hadn’t felt before:

Release without analysis.
Clarity without overthinking.
Connection without effort.

And slowly, layer by layer, I started coming back to myself.

My path deepened through studies in natural therapies,

body-based practices, and energy work.
But more importantly through lived experience.

Through moments of expansion.
Through moments of discomfort.
Through learning how to sit with what’s real

instead of escaping it.

I realized that healing is not about becoming someone new.

It’s about returning to who you were before the noise, the pressure, the conditioning.

My Approach

My work is rooted in a trauma-informed, body-based approach to transformation.

It integrates breathwork, somatic awareness, and nervous system regulation, creating a space where real, lasting shifts can happen safely.

This approach goes beyond traditional breathwork.

It combines:

  • conscious breathing techniques

  • body awareness and somatic release

  • elements of neuroscience and nervous system regulation

  • intuitive, present-moment guidance

All of this is designed to support your system in releasing stored tension, reconnecting with your body, and accessing deeper layers of yourself.

This kind of work is not about quick fixes.

It’s about creating real change, from within the body,

not just the mind.

Because many of our patterns, emotions, and stress responses are not just thoughts,
they are stored in the nervous system.

And when the body feels safe enough.
it naturally begins to release, reorganize,

and come back into balance.
